Rates and deadlines
Deadline for Standard Registration: 24.05.2021. (23:59 CEST). Registration applications received after 23:59 on 24.05.2021., will be charged at the late & onsite rate.
Particular rates will be considered eligible only upon the payment reaching our account in time for that deadline. For payments received after deadline, higher fee will be applied to registration.
It is strongly recommended to register in advance. Please note that the payment will be required at the time of registration. Payment options include credit card payment or bank transfer. Cheque payments are not accepted. Bank transfer is not accepted for onsite payment at Europaediatrics 2021.

All registration cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing to A.T.I. d.o.o.
Cancellation of registration or refund requests will be accepted until 10th May 2021 (23:59 CEST). Cancellation requests received before this date will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%.
For cancellations or refund requests made after 10th May 2021 (for any reason, including health issues) we regret that no refunds can be made or authorised.
Please send your confirmation and receipt when submitting your cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are the delegate's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the Europaediatrics 2021 Congress has taken place.
All delegates are recommended to take out insurance to cover their registration, travel and accommodation costs to cover the case of their inability to attend the event or the event is cancelled for any unforseen reason. A.T.I. d.o.o. takes no responsibility for reimbursing delegates’ expenses in such cases.
Delegates are fully liable for damages caused to the third parties and property. All delegates shall have valid, comprehensive third party liability insurance.
Registration confirmation will be sent to all participants upon receipt of the application. One week before the start of the congress, all registered participants with paid registration fees will receive a registration code via email. Please print the code, bring it with you to the registration desk and scan it to receive congress badge and materials.
Invitation Letters can be requested by email once registration has been completed online. It is strongly advised to apply for a visa in good time before the congress via your local visa office. If you require a supporting Invitation Letter, please contact the Europaediatrics 2021 team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
All payments for the Congress must be made in Euro V(€) or Croatian Kuna (kn) to ATI, the official PCO for Europaediatrics 2021.
Registration code will only be issued if the registration fee is paid in full.
The preferred payment method for the Congress is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. Upon providing your personal details in the on-line form, you will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway. If the payment is processed successfully, an automatic confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
The payment methods also include paying by bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer is not accepted for onsite payment during Europaediatrics 2021. Cheque payments are not accepted in general.
